“I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work on my furnace by Feistritzer Heating and Air. From Teri at the office to the technicians that did the work, I couldn’t have asked for more prompt, professional, and affordable service. The techs diagnosed the problem as an inducer motor failure, and a part had to be ordered. The plan was it would come in the next morning and they would be out then to fix it. When the part came in on the same day as the diagnosis, Teri immediately sent the techs back to my home to get my heat going again. The techs were courteous and respectful in my home. Not only did they get it up and running quickly, but they did a full diagnostic check up to make sure no other issues were there.
