Lightning ran into the control board of our furnace. The tech was responsive and arrived as promised. We were fortunate and the part was on the truck and the repair was quick and well done. They tested our older furnace for CO2 and found it to be in tip top condition. I appreciated the responsiveness to our need before cold weather sets in a few days from now. We purchased the unit from Feistritzer and they gave great support to their loyal customers.

Feistritzer came out for my 2x year service and addressed an issue with my thermostat. They made the appointment in a very reasonable amount of time after the request, and all the thermostat needed was a reboot (I learned something there too:). Jake was professional and personable, and explained what he tested in the service, including a CO2 test. I appreciate it!

They were very prompt in their response. The employee was very easy to talk to. I explained my situation, he asked a few questions, then went right to work checking the inside and outside systems. Gave me a clear diagnosis and explanation of the problem and offered the possible solution. He also presented the option of possibly replacing the unit. Feistrizers is going to prepare an estimate for both options. I felt comfortable with the guy that came out and trust him to take care of the situation.

Feistritzer’ HVAC installed a Trane unit in our new home. We call them to do a checkup prior to winter season. Their techs do a great job, are very courteous and clean up everything. Best of all is that they know their business!

Furnace went out in cold weather. I got three bids to replace it. Called Feistritze they had a Tech out the same day. They gave me 3 options where the other guys gave me only one. After doing the research on all the different units offered by all the companies, I selected Feistritze. I ended up with a better unit and a better service warrantee for the same money. This company is amazing!! They answer your calls and if not available give an option to text them a message about the problem. They call back the same day. They tell you when they can come and they show up and they fix things. Trying to get a return call from some others in the area is quite difficult. Also, we had a problem for several years that our other “go to” company could never fix. This company looked at it one time and fixed it immediately. Once I forgot to pay an invoice. I missed it in an email. They were super understanding and still support me when I call for help. They are the best!

I highly recommend Feistritzer Heating & Air Conditioning. They have helped me on multiple occasions when my older furnace has stopped working — typically on a weekend when it’s freezing cold outside. Their service is efficient, dependable, and reliable. This time I called when my a/c wasn’t working and it’s 90+ outside. They got to me the next day. And it was less expensive than I expected! Their service is exceptional!

I called and left a message for them to call as it was 22 degrees outside and we had no heat in one unit. They were present at 8:00 am and fixed the unit.

Your HVAC technician did a fantastic job very knowledgeable on a water furnace, did a thorough test explain everything just found a capacitor That needed to be replaced. It just nice to know that you guys know the systems because they are unusual. Recently just had a water heater put in today. The two plumbing technicians were very knowledgeable. We have been using Feistritzer going on 3 years now and have zero complaints. The technicians are always timely, communicative, and professional. They have even fit us in their schedule when we had a chemical smell coming from our vents and I was freaking out at 39 weeks pregnant, about to bring a baby home. We won’t use anyone else!

We recently had our geothermal unit serviced the techs were very professional and knowledgeable of our system. They showed up on time and took the time to go over/explain their findings. They had repair parts on hand and got me quotes pretty quick for what they didn’t have. Pricing was very reasonable as well. We will be using them for all our heating and air conditioning needs!

This company was fantastic! We had an issue that completely shut down our heating unit in the middle of winter. Our specialist came out on a holiday and found the issue. It was a large repair and would have been costly but the employees found that we still had a warranty, saving us thousands. They ordered the part immediately and the day after it arrived had a specialists out to install. They were honest and upfront with the situation at all times. They were so quick with responses and keeping us up to date as well. We will be using them for all our heating and air issues.

Our a/c unit stopped working in the middle of freezing temperatures. Heat and EMR heat was not working. I called this company and I was scheduled for after-hours. Not even an hour later, I was called back and had a technician at my door step within 30 mins. The technician was professional and beyond nice to myself and my child. After about 30 mins, I felt the heat kick back on and I was so appreciative. The price was very reasonable. Very happy as a customer.

Our Service Tech Joe did a great job. He determined the problem we had with the unit in our crawl space and made the repairs, no problem.

We have a leak somewhere in our A/C and phoned Feistritzer based on ratings and reviews. I am SO glad we did! We had called a different company from further away last year, for the same issue. The technicians were professional, and took their time to make sure that they looked at all the components and give me a full assessment of my problem with my air conditioner. They also asked me if I wanted them to check my other unit which I had not originally thought to do but was glad that they asked because it also needed some attention. I had several questions about the different units that we were considering for replacement and also several tax credit questions about the units that qualified. Technician diagnosed the problem and made repair. No overcharging or added materials not need-just a good honest company. What can I says? Furnace went out around 10:00 gave them a call since they were the original installers. Working on the furnace by 12:30 done before 2:00. Same day service does not get much better than that. 2024-06-22- Second review. The air conditioner died during the hottest weekend of the year so far. Fixed in an hour. Very pleased with service.

We called out for annual service and maintenance for a system which Feistritzer installed several years ago. During this annual service, the technician (Cody) found air flow issues that should have been addressed when our system was first installed. The company addressed the issue and fixed our air flow problem at no extra charge to us. They are awesome and we would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work on my furnace by Feistritzer Heating and Air. From Teri at the office to the technicians that did the work, I couldn't have asked for more prompt, professional, and affordable service. The techs diagnosed the problem as an inducer motor failure, and a part had to be ordered. The plan was it would come in the next morning and they would be out then to fix it. When the part came in on the same day as the diagnosis, Teri immediately sent the techs back to my home to get my heat going again. The techs were courteous and respectful in my home. Not only did they get it up and running quickly, but they did a full diagnostic check up to make sure no other issues were there. Editing my review from two years ago to, once again, say that Feistritzer is the best. This time my A/C condenser and fan stopped working. They were able to come a full day early, offering me a repair only a few hours after I called. Brandon was the tech. He is a total pro. Problem was diagnosed quickly, repaired with parts on the truck, at a very reasonable price. This company never tries to sell you what you don't need. I will always use them for my HVAC system repairs, maintenance, and eventual replacement. Great service, prompt, and courteous. Tech was thorough, diagnosed the problem, and repaired quickly, with parts already on his truck. Invoice was very detailed with excellent notes about all items repaired and diagnosed. Highly recommend.
