Terms of Service
The rules for using our website and requesting information or service online.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Feistritzer Heating & Air Conditioning website and online forms. By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (including Your Privacy Choices). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Acceptance
The site is provided by Feistritzer Heating & Air Conditioning for informational purposes and to help you request service. HVAC work itself is governed by the written estimate, invoice, warranty documents, and applicable law — not solely by these website Terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to:
- Use the site lawfully and only for legitimate inquiries or service requests
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms
- Not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or compromise the site or its users
- Not misuse branding, content, or trademarks without permission
Service Information
Descriptions of services, process, credentials, and service areas are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Nothing on this site replaces an in-person diagnosis by a qualified technician. Final pricing, scope, and recommendations are confirmed in a written estimate before work begins. Emergency availability (including winter emergency repair) is described generally and may depend on conditions, parts, and scheduling.
Scheduling, Access & Cancellation
Requesting an appointment through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists once we confirm it with you directly by phone or email. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; we are closed Saturday and Sunday. Arrival times are estimates — diagnostic work is not uniform, and a call ahead of yours can run long. We will tell you as soon as we know a window has moved.
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the equipment and the areas needed to reach it, including keys, codes, gate access, and restraint of pets. An adult must be present for work inside the home unless you have agreed otherwise with us in writing. If a technician cannot safely access the equipment, cannot safely perform the work, or is turned away on arrival, we may reschedule the visit and a trip charge may apply as stated on your estimate or invoice. Please give us as much notice as you can when cancelling or rescheduling.
Estimates, Pricing & Payment
Prices shown anywhere on this site are illustrative. Your price is the one on your written estimate. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the visit; if hidden conditions appear once work begins — failed components discovered behind a panel, undersized or damaged ductwork, code or permit requirements, or anything unsafe — we will stop, explain what changed, and obtain your approval before continuing. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate itself, and parts pricing and availability can change without notice.
Diagnostic and trip charges, deposits, payment methods, and payment timing are those stated on your estimate or invoice. We do not accept or store card details through this website; see Payment security in our Privacy Policy. Financing, where used, is provided by a third-party lender under that lender's own agreement with you.
Workmanship & Manufacturer Warranties
Two different warranties can apply to the same job, and they are not the same thing. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms, and manufacturers commonly require proof of correct installation and documented routine maintenance before they will honor a claim. Our workmanship warranty covers our labor, for the period stated on your invoice or agreement. Neither warranty covers damage from misuse, neglect, deferred maintenance, alteration or repair by others, electrical or utility faults, water intrusion, pests, or weather events. Any warranty commitment we make to you is the one written on your invoice or agreement — nothing on this website extends, replaces, or adds to it.
Emergency & After-Hours Service
We offer 24-hour winter emergency heat service. Emergency availability depends on conditions, parts, technician availability, and travel — severe weather is exactly when demand and travel times are highest — and after-hours rates may differ from standard rates. Emergency service is dispatched by phone. Do not use this website's forms to report an emergency: forms are monitored during office hours only. If you smell gas, suspect a carbon monoxide leak, or see fire or smoke, leave the building first and call 911, then your gas utility. Call us at (859) 236-0850 once you are safe.
Financing & Promotions
Financing offers, monthly payment examples, and promotions are subject to credit approval, lender terms, eligibility, and change or withdrawal at any time. With approved credit. Contact us for complete details. See Financing and Promotions for current offers. Promotional pricing does not alter these Terms.
Requests You Submit
When you submit a form or message, you authorize us to contact you about your request by phone, email, or (if you separately opt in) SMS. You represent that you are authorized to use the contact details you provide. Do not submit sensitive medical information or others’ personal data unless necessary for the service request.
